    For participants 18 years and older, I acknowledge that volunteering at a tennis event is an extreme test of a person’s physical and mental limits and carries with it the potential for death, serious injury, or property loss. I HEREBY ASSUME THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN THE RIVER OAKS U.S. CLAY COURT CHAMPIONSHIP (THE “TOURNAMENT”). In consideration of permission to participate in the Tournament, and other adequate and sufficient consideration, I hereby take the following action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns:
    A.) WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all claims, costs or liabilities, death, personal injury or damage/expenses of any kind, which arise out of or relate to my participation in, or my traveling to and from the Tournament, THE FOLLOWING PERSONS OR ENTITIES: ATP, TMG, River Oaks Country Club and any sponsor, official or other entity or individual associated with the Tournament, including, without limitation, the officers, employees and representatives of any of the foregoing (collectively, the “Tournament Entities”),
    B.) I AGREE NOT TO SUE any of the Tournament Entities for any of the claims or any claims made or liabilities that I have waived, released and discharged herein;
    C.) INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the Tournament Entities from any claims made of liabilities assessed against them as a result of my actions except those resulting from the willful acts of JURY in any litigation arising from my participation in the Tournament.
